Later drive to Munnar hills (130 Kms), the beginning of Honeymoon Delights in Kerala! En route, halt for a while and take your time to enjoy the beautiful Valara and Cheeyappara Waterfalls. Later check into your Hotel –Spend the rest of the day harmonizing with the pleasant surroundings & shopping. Stay overnight at Munnar.
After breakfast visit the Eravikulam national park (Rajamala National Park). Located 15 kms away from Munnar, this National Park has several specialties; as the home of ‘Nilgiri Tahr’ (endangered mountain goat), Mattupetty Dam, the scattered villages and later to visit the famous ‘Tea Museum’ in Munnar Town and Blossom Park. At night stay in hotel at Munnar.
Morning, checkout and drive to Periyar, a land of unending chains of hills, spice scented plantations and elephants. Visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Department of tourism, government of Kerala offers boating facilities in the Periyar Lake. Overnight stay at Thekkady
Head towards Alleppey after breakfast. En route enjoy the scenic beauty of Kuttikanam, and Kuttanad. At noon check in to a House boat for an overnight cruise. Enjoy a 21 hours journey in the backwaters of Alleppey-to experience Kerala backwater village life. Overnight stay in the houseboat.
After breakfast, disembark at Alleppey and proceed to Kovalam. On arrival, check in to your resort for two nights stay. Rest of the day you are free to relax. At night stay in Kovalam.
Go for full day sightseeing of Trivandrum covering the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Horse Palace, Napier museum and Sree Chitra Art Gallery. In the evening return to your resort in Kovalam for overnight stay.
